Your Gift May Qualify for a 70% Tax Credit in Kansas!

The Kansas Pregnancy Resource Act was signed into Law effective for all taxable years beginning after December 31, 2023, including 2025!  Branches Pregnancy and Family Center is designated as an eligible charitable organization in good standing with the State of Kansas.

Do you qualify for this tax credit?  Here’s a simple way to find out:

  1. Did you contribute an eligible amount ($250 or more during a calendar year) to Branches? Or, are you a monthly donor who contributed at least $250 in combined donations?

  2. Was the donation in the form of Check, Credit Card, Money-order or Cash?

  3. Do you support Pro-Life and the ministry Branches is doing to support families in need?

If YES to all three, you qualify! You can also make a contribution now and get in on the program.

You are the reason we can provide free services like medical-grade pregnancy testing, sonograms, parenting courses and even mental health support as well as nearly 100 other resources.  You deserve this tax credit!

Here’s how to get it:

  1. Download the K-96 Tax Credit Application

  2. Fill out completely, sign and date, then scan and email form along with proof of contribution (canceled check copy or receipt from online payment…don’t have that, don’t worry we can help).  Email to: Bookkeeper@pregnancyandfamily.org or mail to: Branches, POBox 547, El Dorado, KS 67042

  3. Branches will apply for tax credits on your behalf and send you a certificate number. You will retain this but will need to submit a K-94 form with the certificate ID number with your taxes.  You can download the K-94 form here

Please note: The State of Kansas is requiring us to submit a properly executed K-96 Application within 30 days of the contribution.  This is something we are working hard to stay ahead of and appreciate your cooperation.
